Service is based on either a month to month or yearly billing model.  There are no contracts and you are free to leave (with your data) at any time.  There are no refunds on any monies received, you will be welcome to finish off the monthly or yearly term that you selected after your free trial period is over

While we will do everything in our power to ensure the 24/7/365  continuous operation of our website and services, there are from time to time situations that are beyond our control which may interrupt our service.

Be assured that we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and will do everything we can to ensure the quality and reliability of our systems.

However, we make no warranty what so ever regarding the quality or availability of the service or certain modules within the software.  We have an error reporting method (smrty.com) which we regularly refer to while building the software and will endeavor to fix all reported errors within the script as well as consider all requests for upgrades to the software.
